Create your file at 300dpi at full size with a transparent background save as a png at 300dpi. If you do not have a transparent background then the background color will print on the shirt. The background must be completely transparent or any colors or pixels will be printed.
RGB files are accepted as our machines convert to cmyk, expect bright vibrant colors.
